Arch. Goran Vojvodic (to see more:\u00a0www.birovia.rs<\/a>) The site is now under construction. The project insists on an area of about 600 square meters arranged on 4 levels, placed as follows: spa and service spaces downstairs, living area at the ground floor,[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]characterized by the opening of large windows, and bedrooms at the first and second floor, with wide views of the residential hill of Belgrade.
