+Studio Architetti designs and realizes high-quality residential complexes, private homes, showrooms, restaurants, offices, and spaces for work and retail, both in Italy and abroad.<\/p>\n

In 2005, the firm won the competition for the design of Alfa Romeo <\/b>stands for international motor shows and the brand\u2019s offices in Turin, designing and realizing installations for the Paris, Frankfurt, Geneva, London, Tokyo, and Bologna Motor Shows between 2005 and 2010.<\/p>\n

In 2009, it designed the Exor S.p.A.<\/b> offices in the historic headquarters on Corso Matteotti 26, Turin.<\/p>\n

From 2008 to 2010, Filippo Orlando<\/b> held the chair of Home Design<\/i> at the IAAD<\/b> in Turin.<\/p>\n

In 2010, the firm was commissioned by FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles)<\/b> for the redevelopment, landscape design, and offices of the former Zastava plant in Kragujevac, Serbia, as well as for its representative headquarters in Belgrade. During the same period, the Villa Z<\/b> project was completed in Belgrade, in collaboration with architect Goran Vojvodic.<\/p>\n

In 2012, +Studio Architetti designed and built the Communication Centre <\/b>and its related landscape project (in collaboration with Lineeverdi<\/i>), as part of the new FCA plant in Goiana, Brazil. The project was awarded in 2015 as the Best Industrial Architecture<\/i> of the State of Pernambuco, and in 2017 at the SYMPOSIUM BRAND & LANDSCAPE AWARDS<\/b> during the XXI International Triennale in Milan, recognized as a virtuous example of integration between architecture and landscape in an industrial context, capable of promoting a new vision of workplaces.<\/p>\n

In 2017, the firm worked on the interior design and fit-out of the new Juventus Headquarters<\/b>.<\/b><\/p>\n

Between 2015 and 2020, +Studio Architetti designed some of the most significant residential projects in Turin: Bernini 2<\/b>, Borgo Hermada<\/b>, and Via Lomellina<\/b>. Among these, Bernini 2<\/i> received the first prize in the international competition \u201cLa <\/b>ceramica<\/b> e il <\/b>progetto<\/b> 2018\u201d <\/b>and the \u201c<\/b>Architetture<\/b> Rivelate<\/b> 2019\u201d <\/b>award for design and construction quality, issued by the Turin Chamber of Architects in the \u201cnew construction and reuse\u201d category.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text css=””]Among its recognitions is also the selection by Torino Urban Lab<\/b>, which, in collaboration with the Ordine degli Architetti PPC \/ Torino, Fondazione per l\u2019architettura \/ Torino e IN\/Arch Piemonte, created a map highlighting the most recent architectural works that have reshaped the city since 1982. Among these 111 projects, +Studio Architetti is represented by Bernini 2<\/b>, Borgo Hermada<\/b>, and the Ecocentro<\/b> Amiat<\/b>.<\/p>\n

In 2021, the firm was commissioned by Redo <\/b>Sgr<\/b> to design a social housing development on Via Amidani<\/b> in Milan, consisting of 230 apartments and adjacent green areas, currently under construction. More recently, in collaboration with Redo Sgr, it has been working on a social and senior housing project on Via Medici del <\/b>Vascello<\/b> in Milan, covering a total area of about 13,000 sqm including apartments and services.<\/p>\n

In 2023, +Studio Architetti was selected by the Scientific Committee of Grand Paris Express<\/b>, along with 500 international firms, to collaborate on the largest urban and real estate program in Paris in recent decades \u2014 with only seven Italian firms chosen.<\/p>\n

In the same year, together with Recchi Engineering<\/b>, +Studio Architetti oversaw the restoration and enhancement of the Galleria <\/b>Subalpina<\/b> in Turin, pursuing the idea of transforming it from a simple passageway into a true Jardin <\/i>d\u2019Hiver<\/i>.<\/p>\n

In 2024, in partnership with Picco Architetti<\/b>, the firm designed the new Cogefa<\/b> S.p.A. headquarters<\/b> in the historic building of the former Buon Pastore<\/i> in Turin, and won the invited design competition \u201c<\/i>Santorre<\/i> 14 for Fondazione Paideia\u201d<\/i>, involving the expansion of the existing foundation with a newly constructed building.<\/p>\n

In 2025, within an PUO (Piano Urbanistico Operativo), the firm was commissioned to design three villas on the Pinamare hillside in Andora<\/b>.<\/p>\n

In the same year, three +Studio Architetti projects \u2014 Bernini, Lomellina, and Borgo Hermada \u2014 were selected among 88 modern architectural works in Turin, included in the guide Architetture moderne a Torino. Guida agli 88 top<\/b>.<\/b><\/p>\n

He focuses on architectural design, corporate image, and communication strategies aimed at enhancing the quality of architecture and expressing the client\u2019s identity and representational needs.<\/p>\n

At the beginning of his career, between 1994 and 1996, he worked as an assistant for the Theory and Techniques of Architectural Design course held by Maria Grazia Dapr\u00e0 Conti at the Faculty of Architecture of the Politecnico di Torino<\/strong>.
During those same years, together with Daniele Marzocchi, he founded Manodopera Architetti Associati<\/strong>, working on private residential projects in Tuscany and on the restoration of the Castle of Groppoli<\/strong> in Lunigiana.<\/p>\n
