The project was awarded in 2015 as the <i>Best Industrial Architecture<\/i> of the State of Pernambuco, and in 2017 at the <b>SYMPOSIUM BRAND &amp; LANDSCAPE AWARDS<\/b> during the XXI International Triennale in Milan, recognized as a virtuous example of integration between architecture and landscape in an industrial context, capable of promoting a new vision of workplaces.<\/p>\n<p>In 2017, the firm worked on the interior design and fit-out of the new <b>Juventus Headquarters<\/b><b>.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Between 2015 and 2020, +Studio Architetti designed some of the most significant residential projects in Turin: <b>Bernini 2<\/b>, <b>Borgo Hermada<\/b>, and <b>Via Lomellina<\/b>. Among these, <i>Bernini 2<\/i> received the first prize in the international competition <b>\u201cLa <\/b><b>ceramica<\/b><b> e il <\/b><b>progetto<\/b><b> 2018\u201d <\/b>and the <b>\u201c<\/b><b>Architetture<\/b> <b>Rivelate<\/b><b> 2019\u201d <\/b>award for design and construction quality, issued by the Turin Chamber of Architects in the \u201cnew construction and reuse\u201d category.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Among its recognitions is also the selection by <b>Torino Urban Lab<\/b>, which, in collaboration with the Ordine degli Architetti PPC \/ Torino, Fondazione per l\u2019architettura \/ Torino e IN\/Arch Piemonte, created a map highlighting the most recent architectural works that have reshaped the city since 1982. Among these 111 projects, +Studio Architetti is represented by <b>Bernini 2<\/b>, <b>Borgo Hermada<\/b>, and the <b>Ecocentro<\/b> <b>Amiat<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>In 2021, the firm was commissioned by <b>Redo <\/b><b>Sgr<\/b> to design a social housing development on Via <b>Amidani<\/b> in Milan, consisting of 230 apartments and adjacent green areas, currently under construction. More recently, in collaboration with Redo Sgr, it has been working on a social and senior housing project on Via <b>Medici del <\/b><b>Vascello<\/b> in Milan, covering a total area of about 13,000 sqm including apartments and services.<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, +Studio Architetti was selected by the <b>Scientific Committee of Grand Paris Express<\/b>, along with 500 international firms, to collaborate on the largest urban and real estate program in Paris in recent decades \u2014 with only seven Italian firms chosen.<\/p>\n<p>In the same year, together with <b>Recchi Engineering<\/b>, +Studio Architetti oversaw the restoration and enhancement of the <b>Galleria <\/b><b>Subalpina<\/b> in Turin, pursuing the idea of transforming it from a simple passageway into a true <i>Jardin <\/i><i>d\u2019Hiver<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>In 2024, in partnership with <b>Picco Architetti<\/b>, the firm designed the new <b>Cogefa<\/b><b> S.p.A. headquarters<\/b> in the historic building of the former <i>Buon Pastore<\/i> in Turin, and won the invited design competition <i>\u201c<\/i><i>Santorre<\/i><i> 14 for Fondazione Paideia\u201d<\/i>, involving the expansion of the existing foundation with a newly constructed building.<\/p>\n<p>In 2025, within an PUO (Piano Urbanistico Operativo), the firm was commissioned to design three villas on the Pinamare hillside in <b>Andora<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>In the same year, three +Studio Architetti projects \u2014 Bernini, Lomellina, and Borgo Hermada \u2014 were selected among 88 modern architectural works in Turin, included in the guide <b>Architetture moderne a Torino.
